A Chartered professional engineer and current Technical Director at Mott MacDonald. Blair has over 30 years’ experience in the NZ 3Waters industry in a range of roles from client, consultant, and contractor all aspects of 3Water network infrastructure, from planning and feasibility, through design and construction and in operation and asset management. Blair has particular experience and expertise in the use of trenchless technology, specifically condition assessment, pipeline rehabilitation and HDD but encompassing a wide range of all trenchless techniques and technology. Blair has successfully managed and delivered significant 3Waters Infrastructure projects, including NZ largest sewer lining project, as well as having programme management experience.
